I am happy to report that we are finally settling in. It was a very rough 24 hours to start with. The first thing Abby did when she walked in the house was fall all the way down the stairs onto her head. They didn't nap the first day OR go to bed until almost midnight. They were up bright and early the next day at 7am. I thought I was totally in for it. The 2nd day went smoother. They did take a nap after a little wildness. And they went to bed with minimal fighting. Today they spent the morning on the beach so they went down for a nap with no problem. It is supposed to rain all afternoon and evening so it might be a little tricky keeping them occupied.
Hopefully the girls settle in a little more each day. Thank goodness that life at the beach is full of sensory input. :D
